VISTA's 'UmaLog 7' is a delightful dive into a world where the lines between reality and fantasy blur just enough to keep you hooked. The artwork is crisp and detailed, with character expressions that feel alive—especially in those quiet, contemplative moments. The storytelling is subtle, relying on visual cues and unspoken tensions to convey depth. It’s the kind of work that rewards patience, where the payoff comes from piecing together the nuances rather than being handed a clear narrative. For non-Japanese speakers, the visual storytelling is strong enough to carry the experience, though you’ll miss the layered dialogue. Still, the atmosphere alone—a mix of warmth and understated drama—makes it worth the journey.
